We deliver our items worldwide. We offer free shipping to all countries.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders – shipping costs are already included in the product price.

Delivery times
Since Schachatelier offers handcrafted and, in some cases, personalized (laser-engraved) products, we prepare your order with the greatest care. Delivery times are as follows:

DACH & EU countries: approx. 3–7 business days

USA & United Kingdom (UK): approx. 3–7 business days

Other countries (rest of world): approx. 4–10 business days

Please note: for personalized items (with custom laser engraving), engraving begins only after the order is placed. Processing time may therefore extend the delivery time by a few business days.

You will automatically receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
